Ideal Location and House. Two weeks ago we had our family from all over the world housed at this property. For many of my brothers and sisters this was their first visit to Florida. They were pleased with the location, the house; and they had a great time. The house was clean, it had everything that was promised in the advertisement. We received professional customer service from everyone, including the agent and the guards at the gate. I recommend this property to anyone seeking a vacation home.

What a great experience!!!
We were a pretty big bunch but everyone had their own space and the home was very comfortable. Wifi and cable was excellent, the home was very neat and everything was in working condition. Only thing to look out for is the raccoons that would come at night and dig through the garbage :) nature right!! Shopping outlets were not far getting groceries was literally around the corner outside the villa; parks were close as well. We are a family that cooks and so having a kitchen that would meet our needs was important and this kitchen exceeded our expectations. We are definitely booking this home again!

This home was wonderful!! The whole family was very impressed. Our family of 11 had so much room to oneself and the family gathering area was very roomy. Great location as well.

My family which equaled 11 stayed at this home for 7 days and we truly enjoyed every day of it. The home was well furnished and decorated beautifully. The back patio and pool faced the lake which gave it a more open feel. We loved our stay and would stay again in the future. We did have one issue with the A/C which occurred after hours and the call was returned promptly and the issue was fixed first thing the following day. Beautiful and clean home and the grill is awesome. A great choice for any family.
